Pray the Rosary

Draw closer to Mary and her Son through the timeless prayer of the Rosary.

At the Basilica Shrine, we invite you to join the daily Rosary mysteries with the videos below, led by the Daughters of Charity, and deepen your devotion from wherever you are.

Experience the Rosary

For centuries, Catholics around the world have prayed the Rosary as a source of strength, comfort, and reflection. Through its prayers and meditations, we walk with Mary as we contemplate the life, death, and resurrection of Christ.

The Rosary follows a simple, consistent structure:

  1. Begin with the Sign of the Cross and pray the Apostles’ Creed.
  2. On the first bead, pray the Our Father.
  3. Pray three Hail Marys on the next three beads.
  4. Pray the Glory Be.
  5. Announce the first mystery and pray the Our Father.
  6. Pray 10 Hail Marys while meditating on the mystery.
  7. Pray the Glory Be (and optional Fatima Prayer).
  8. Repeat steps 5–7 for all five mysteries.
  9. Conclude with the Hail, Holy Queen and the Sign of the Cross.
