The coronavirus outbreak may cause stress and anxiety, making it difficult to cope, creating a general sense of uncertainty. It’s hard to escape the negative news that’s prevalent on TV and in social media. With that, we decided to compile a list of uplifting videos, which inspire, make us smile, and give us hope during these unprecedented times.

A Vincentian Minute
The Vincentians of the Eastern Province have some great content on their website. One playlist of special interest includes the “Vincentian Minute” video clips. Join Fr. Aidan Rooney, CM, as he shares reflections on how to live the Vincentian life and how to respond to the Gospel.

SGN (Some Good News)
John Krasinski, best known for playing Jim Halpert in The Office, has created an entertaining, uplifting weekly video series filled with inspiring stories, lighthearted jokes, and incredible surprises. These videosare pretty short, but packed with great content to motivate you as you begin your work week.

Amazing Grace Series
Sometimes, we need a little reminder of the graces we receive from God on a daily basis. Though this video serieswas created for the Lenten season, these shorts contain many inspiring stories from everyday people like us. They are meant to motivate us to keep our eyes open to the graces in our lives.

Array of Hope
Catholic ministryis known for sharing hope with schools, parishes, and families around the world. From high-quality music videos to one-minute saint videos, this ministry is dedicated to inspire others during their faith journey. Check out their most recent motivational video, “A Message of Hope.” This will definitely encourage many to seek God during these hard times.

Kid President
Sometimes, we all need a little pep talk, and if you need one today, you’re in luck. Check out the “Kid President” YouTube video playlist. These wholesome videos are great for the entire family. I guarantee that you will smile when you’re done watching.

The Chosen
Everyone’s talking about The Chosen, a new multi-season series about the life of Jesus and His followers. Many lives have been touched by this series, as it helps us to understand how to appreciate our Catholic faith on a deeper level.
