As Catholics, we are taught to model our lives in imitation of Christ and the Blessed Mother. We are offered guidance on how to accomplish this in several ways, including 10 Evangelical Virtues of Mary, and 4 Cardinal supreme virtues. On both of these lists, we find the virtue of Prudence.

Prudence guides the other virtues by setting rule and measure. It is prudence that immediately guides the judgment of conscience. Thomas Aquinas, reiterating Aristotle, says that prudence is right reason in action. In this video we explore the nature of prudence, and how the Marian and Cardinal virtue brings us closer to God.
